These scenarios are created for training purposes and are not tied to real callers or live incidents.

8. Microphone, Audio, and Recordings
VoiceDispatch Lab uses your microphone only when you choose to participate in an active training scenario.

- Access or record your microphone outside of an active training session you control
- Use scenario recordings for unrelated marketing activity
- Sell recorded audio or transcripts
We may:
- Convert your spoken responses to text for evaluation and training analytics
- Store scenario recordings and transcripts for agency supervisors where that feature is enabled
- Use anonymized or aggregated transcripts to improve training quality and system behavior
9. Children’s Privacy
VoiceDispatch Lab is intended for professional training use and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the platform, please contact us so we can address the situation.
